Looks good doesnt it???? I know it does
At work last night, I had the desire to be a blessing to my roommate.
This is one of her favorite meals to eat, and she was on a two week Daniel fast a little while ago, so I thought she deserved a special treat....great thing is....this dish is still quite healthy.

This dish consists of:
4 pieces of Wild Salmon (Pink Bag at Walmart)
4 Russet Potatoes
Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade
Old Bay Seasoning
1 TBSP Garlic Powder

It's very easy to make and tastes sooooooo good.
Just boil the 4 potatoes in water with some salt for about 25 minutes, at the last 6 or so minutes heat 3 TBSP of evoo in a pan, seasoning your salmon with Old Bay and saute for about 6 minutes. While the salmon is cooking, you can pull your potatoes and cute them into slices. You can make them as thick or thin as you would like...we're not professional chefs so we just cut!! LOL
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of the Teriyaki Marinade with 1/4 cup of honey & Garlic Powder.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking pan, place potato slices all around them and pour the mixture in the pan.
Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes and Voila...DINNER.
We both love the marinade so when you spoon your meal on your plate, be sure to spoon some of the juice....

Remember DONT OVER EAT!!
The meal will still be there tomorrow, so don't eat too much.
