Jane Carter Curling Cream mixed with Darcy Botanical Curling Gel

Its been a while since I have had the time to sit down and deep condition my hair the way I needed to.
This past friday I decided to do nothing but concentrate on my hair.
Jane Carter's curling cream is phenomenal, but I like a little extra hold in my hair, so I decided I was
going to mix it with my favorite curling gel. Remember Eco Styler is a great curling Gel, but Darcy Botanicals does NOT get hard in my hair.

So here is what I did:
I put a part in my  hair down the middle, and put three braids on each side.
I took a shower and washed my hair with Jessicurls hair cleanser. (www.jessicurl.com)
As I was washing my hair I finger combed my hair through each section, re-braided and then washed the next. I no longer wash my hair altogether, I do it in sections to avoid extra tangles.
After washing all sections, I hopped out the shower and applied Jessicurls Deep Conditioner in each section and combed it through with my Tangle Teezer and then re-braided.
I sat under my dryer for over 30 minutes, just back in the shower and rinsed each section and re-braided.
(Seems like alot but it REALLY helps with detangling)
After rinsing I put on Jessicurls Too Shea Extra Moisturizing Conditioner as my leave in and rebraided again.
I unbraided one braid, and put small box braids in my hair after applying Jane Carter's Curling Cream, Darcy Botanicials Curling Gels and brushing it through with my Tangle Teezer.
And then tied it up for the night.
I waited until about 3pm the next day to unbraid them, because it takes my hair a WHILE to dry and then
here were my results.
I do have some shrinkage, but I was going for the definition effect moisture.
LOVED how it came out.
Later on this week I will re-braid my hair again using the same two products for big hair!!
